For this project, the client wanted the project priced as completely finished with deduct alternates if the upstairs offices were left unfinished and a separate deduct to leave 4 dental exam rooms unfinished.

We provided our cost estimating services throughout design. This project carried a large contingency because it was in a small, isolated town. Final bid ended up within 8% of budget.
